NaSpI COM can be requested only by those who have already made the NaSpI request through our service . Requests from people who have submitted the NASPI through other organizations cannot be accepted.

What is NASpI COM?

NASpI COM (or SR161 form) is the form to communicate to INPS all the changes useful for receiving financial support.

When is it necessary to send the NASpI COM form?

You must send a communication to INPS using the NASpI COM form when events occur that affect the payment of the NASpI COM unemployment benefit.

The start of new activities or access to other benefits for which it is mandatory to carry out NASpI COM are:

  • start of activity in a self-employed/parasubordinate/occasional form
  • start of employment activity with a fixed or permanent contract
  • acquisition of the right to the ordinary disability benefit and does not opt ​​for NASpI
  • achievement of the requirements for old-age or early retirement

How to apply for NASpI Com?

You can submit your NASpI request online through our service.

Once the online payment has been made, it will be possible to complete the form to send the declaration.

What documents are needed to complete the application?

The documents required to correctly complete the request are:

  • Copy of identity card
  • Copy of the applicant's tax code
  • Copy of NASPI receipt made at Patronato.com
  • Copy of new employment contract

Times, Methods and Contribution for Service Provision

The service will be provided within 3 working days from the delivery of the complete documentation.

We will forward the request to the CAF or patronage closest to you. We remind you that the contribution paid includes all costs and no other contribution can be requested from the destination CAF. The CAF and Patronato participating in the project have all declared that they do not receive any public contribution for the services provided. The services indicated are free, the contribution paid to the Caf is for support and practical advice.
